Tour participation

In order to participate in one of the scheduled tours, you must register using the registration form, which you will find on the page related to the tour. There are no registrations by email or phone. Entries will be made within the available seats / tour, in the order of completion of the registration form. Participation is free of charge. After completing the registration form, you will receive an email confirming your registration or waiting list entry, depending on the availability of the tour up to that point. We will send you the meeting place and the starting time of the tour through e-mail. The registration form will show you the number of remaining seats for each tour. Once the available seats / tours are occupied, the enrollment form will show you the "waiting list" message. By filling in the form after the "waiting list" message is displayed, you will be registered to the waiting list in the order of enrollment.

The tours take place in Romanian. The Architecture Tours team cannot currently provide translation in other languages.

Personal data processing

By enrolling in our tours, you have become aware of and have expressed your consent to the processing of your personal data for the logistics of the Architectural Tour project. The Organizer complies with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data and implements technical and organizational measures to protect all operations directly or indirectly to personal data that prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental or illegal loss or destruction. 

Your personal information (name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number) is processed to ensure nominal participation in the tours you have signed up for and to communicate with you. The Organizer will use personal data to provide participants with relevant information during the course of the project and to announce possible changes to these Terms and Conditions or to announce possible changes to the project's calendar and schedule. Information about your profession, age, and studies will be processed through Google Analytics (or other profile service) for surveys and to study the level of the user's interest in the website. We may disclose information that does not personally identify you and allow partners (publishers, sponsors and linked sites) to access them. For example, we can tell a promoter how many people have seen their ads, or we can provide our partners with demographic information that can not be personally identified. 

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data, as amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as well as according to Decision 200/2015 of the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, the Organizer has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data that the participant will provide. Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to rectification, the right to delete data, the right to restrict the processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. Enrollment Canceling

Please let us know (contact@turdearhitectura.ro, 0721 067766) at least 2 days in advance, if you no longer want to join one of the tours you have signed up for, so that we can notify those on the waiting list .

Tour cancellation or postponement

In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel a tour or change the day on which a tour takes place. The Organizer will announce the participants no later than the day before the scheduled tour.

People under 18 years old

Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult when taking part in the adult's tours. Parents are responsible for their children. The Organizer does not take responsibility for unaccompanied minors. Minors aged between 7 and 17, who will come unaccompanied by parents, must bring the original Statement of responsibility signed by one of his/hers parents/legal guardians in order to participate in the tour. The Statement of responsibility can be handwritten by the parents/legal guardians following the Organizer's example. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a minor's participation in the tour for not bringing the original Statement of responsibility at the beginning of the tour.

Being late

Please arrive at the meeting place 10-15 minutes earlier than the scheduled tour, since it will start on time. 

Injuries

The Organizer assumes no liability for any damage or loss caused before, during or after one tour. Enrolled people take part in tours on their own responsibility.

Theft or loss of bicycle

The Organizer assumes no liability in case of theft or loss of the personal bicycle during bicycle tours.

Statements

By registering, tour participants state that:

  • they will follow the rules of social cohabitation, preservation of peace and public order;
  • they will not be under the influence of alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances of any nature at the time of the tour;
  • they agree with the publication of any photos that capture their personal image on the Organizer's website or on any other mean of promotion;
  • they comply with the Organizer's recommendations on conduct throughout the tour, including any prohibitions on shooting and / or publishing images of certain places, if applicable.
